The hotel offers high-end service and specifications, comparable to any 5-star hotel in Europe. The staff, decor, and rooms are all of exceptional quality. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, although it lacks a bathtub. The amenities provided are nice, and the location is excellent, with numerous great restaurants nearby. The bed is also great, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel provides great value for its price, especially for families with 2 small kids.

Breakfast is not included in the deal. However, despite this, the hotel staff still makes guests feel extremely welcome, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

We stayed in a hotel in a very nice area, surrounded by many good restaurants and in a very safe area of the city. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the window. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options.

The bathroom was a bit small and could use some upgrades in terms of the shower.

The wide variety of delicious breakfast foods, friendly staff, fine view from the room, great location near restaurants, supermarket. Comfortable bed and lovely balcony. Excellent coffee and pao de queijo at breakfast. Elegant furnishings and well-maintained gym. Courteous and helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel provided an amazing luxurious experience. We enjoyed the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor pool with a view. the garden area was a peaceful oasis in this bustling city. We found the restaurant buffet to be a great value and loved the private facilities in our room.

The staff service could have been better. Once we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait longer than expected for our room.
