Nice large rooms, friendly staff, great location, variety in breakfast, safe neighborhood.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel offers high-end service and specifications, comparable to any 5-star hotel in Europe. The staff, decor, and rooms are all of exceptional quality. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, although it lacks a bathtub. The amenities provided are nice, and the location is excellent, with numerous great restaurants nearby. The bed is also great, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel provides great value for its price, especially for families with 2 small kids.

Breakfast is not included in the deal. However, despite this, the hotel staff still makes guests feel extremely welcome, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

Good restaurants within walking distance. Delicious food at La Mar Cevicheria. Friendly staff, felt at home. Comfortable upper floor rooms. Good gym. Near restaurants, bakeries, shopping mall, financial district, and churches. Lovely and helpful staff, particularly Alessandra.

We stayed in a hotel in a very nice area, surrounded by many good restaurants and in a very safe area of the city. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great view from the window. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options.

The bathroom was a bit small and could use some upgrades in terms of the shower.

I recently had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in São Paulo. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread and a great dinner menu, making dining a convenient and enjoyable experience.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer fresh orange juice during breakfast, only industrial orange juice.

The wide variety of delicious breakfast foods, friendly staff, stunning view from the room, great location near restaurants, supermarket. Comfortable bed and lovely balcony. Excellent coffee and pao de queijo at breakfast. Elegant furnishings and well-maintained gym. Courteous and helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel provided an amazing luxurious experience. We enjoyed the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor pool with a view. the garden area was a peaceful oasis in this bustling city. We found the restaurant buffet to be a great value and loved the private facilities in our room.

The staff service could have been better. Once we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait longer than expected for our room.

During our stay, we had a slight problem with the phone in our room not working. However, the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue when we made a long-distance call to them.
